Anshika Fasteners has an established state of the art manufacturing facility with a dedicated team of highly qualified personnel. Anshika Fasteners has automatic high speed imported Bolt formers, Nut formers, Thread rolling machines & Tapping machines. AFPL has both, cold forging and hot forging capabilities. Our machinery also allows us to custom make fasteners and precision components as per specifications.

AFPL excels in a variety of coatings done in-house, designed to provide required protection in different environments. AFPL has Hot Dip Galvanizing, Mechanical Galvanizing, Electroplating (Zinc & Copper Cadmium), PTFE Coating, Zinc-Al Flake Coating, Black Phosphating, continuous mesh heat treatment plant, Zinc Phosphating etc.

AFPL aims for perfection and with this ideology in mind, Total Quality Management Systems have been designed and implemented to attain this. Raw material lot traceability is maintained in our system from the mill to finished product using our in-house ERP system and our newly introduced Datawiz AI software that enables the capture and analysis of detailed order data using a combination of NFC, QR codes and image recognition technologies.

Additionally, we supply complete chemical, physical, certificates and letters of compliance upon request. The fasteners go through strict quality checks at every stage of the process, achieving near zero- defect results.
